I figured as much, but more info needed! Google didn’t find any results for the exact quote.

I did find this though, from Wikipedia:
Percival Colin “Percy” Montgomery (born 15 March 1974 in Walvis Bay, South Africa, now Namibia) is a South African rugby union footballer.
